To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, early termination of your reservation.
📋 General Rules
No shoes inside the home.
No loud music during quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No parties or events of any kind.
No unapproved guests on the property.
No parking on the grass — $300 fine for any damage.
Only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property.🔇 Quiet Hours & Noise Policy
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City Ordinance).
Noise complaints may result in a $3,000 fine and termination of your reservation without refund.🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Detection of smoke or marijuana will result in a $1,000 fine.
No vaping allowed indoors.👥 Guest Policy
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Unregistered guests will be charged $40 per person, per night.🕒 Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
Late checkout beyond 30 minutes without approval will incur a charge of half a nightly rate.
This does not serve as an extension of your reservation without prior approval.⚠️ Additional Penalties
Stolen towels (any size): $10
Unauthorized late checkout (after 11 AM): $50
Extra guests beyond reservation: $50 per person
Excessive cleaning due to mess: $300🔧 AC & Utilities Notice
Please keep all doors closed while the A/C is running — leaving them open can cause the unit to freeze.
Guests are responsible for any repair costs due to misuse of the HVAC system.🌱 Be a Responsible Guest
Turn off all lights and faucets when not in use.
Do not unplug any smart home devices. Doing so may interfere with your access and could result in reservation cancellation without refund.
